The Partners, life-long residents of Lancaster County, bought the property in 2013 where the Comfort Suites and Chestnut Hill Villa reside. Together, the partners chose to dedicate time to successfully keep the charm of Chestnut Hill Villa's private farmhouse while building the brand new Comfort Suites on the same 14-acre property. The blooming trees that line the driveway at Chestnut Hill Villa sparked the interest of the team to keep from disturbing the charm of the farmhouse, while conveniently building the Comfort Suites in 2016. It was important to the team to maintain Chestnut Hill Villa's historic appearance and authentic country atmosphere while seizing the opportunity to expand Manheim's hotel options by building the Comfort Suites. It was clear to the partners to revive old world charm at the Villa by displaying the original deed signed by William Penn's son, while providing new world amenities at both the Villa and the hotel.
The partners welcome you to the 14-acre property that boasts of hospitality and hope that you will be the next guest. For more information about the Comfort Suites, click here. For more information about Chestnut Hill Villa, click here.
